By accessing or using TurboSlides (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by ODD SOLUTIONS LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TurboSlides is an AI-powered presentation creation service that integrates with Google Slides. The Service processes your input to generate presentation content and may modify your Google Drive files as authorized.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

  • Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service's output
  • Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any warranty regarding the retention or integrity of your data
  • Any warranty regarding the compatibility or operation with your hardware/software

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODD SOLUTIONS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from interruption of service or loss of access to Google Drive
  • Damages resulting from errors in presentation generation or content modification
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

5. Google Drive Integration

By using our Service, you:

  • Authorize us to access and modify your Google Drive content as necessary
  • Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any data loss or corruption in your Google Drive (including files we did not create)
  • Accept that changes made to your Google Drive files are at your own risk
  • Understand that service interruptions may affect access to your Google Drive files

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit
  • Backing up your data and presentations
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated content:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content
  • You retain responsibility for the final content of your presentations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
